The handy EggPunch is made of stainless steel with black foam grip and easy to handle.
Quick and clean
The device was designed for rapid and clean opening of embryonated chicken eggs by using aire pressure. As the trigger button is pushed and released the knife makes a clean, circular fracture (Ø 25 mm) in embryonated chicken eggs.
Convenient
The lower air sack membrane is exposed, intact and readily accessible.
Easy
The EggPunch may be sterilized by suitable disinfectants or by heating in dry air. It should not be totally immersed in liquids.
